Woodfired Oven and Cob Oven Construction

We built a woodfired bread oven and several cob ovens at Crystal Waters during the last weekend in June 2001. Alan Scott, an expat Aussie hippie, oven builder, baker, and promoter of local economies and healthy eating, built a retained-heat oven in our Village area together with workshop participants and local residents. The cob ovens are located around Crystal Waters.
